We have two types of health;  Mental and Physical.

Our physical health is the easiest to determine.  If our trousers feel tight, we’re putting on weight.  And we can choose to do something about it… or just buy a bigger jean size.

Mental health is a lot harder to look after.

Now, I’m no Professional, Mental Health expert but I know enough about training to know that exercise is not only VERY good for you physically, but is also very good for your mental health.

The release of endorphins from a workout give you that feel good factor and there’s no better workout than training in a kickboxing or martial arts class.

During Lockdown we are running Online Kickboxing and Martial Art classes via ZOOM.

We have some great packages for the whole family to enjoy.  Just visit our homepage at for more information or to sign up for a LIVE online Kickboxing & Martial Arts class.  You don’t need any previous experience or any equipment.  Kickboxing and Martial Arts are one of few activities you can continue to enjoy, in the comfort of your own home or garden, during lockdown.

Not only that, but when lockdown is over, and we’re all allowed to carry on with our lives once more, we are offering FREE joining fee to our weeknight classes for anyone that signs up to one of our online Kickboxing and Martial Arts classes during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Classes are held in Bracknell, Ascot / Sunninghill, Windsor and Wokingham and we are extending the offer to anyone that wishes to join up to any of those schools.  Normally our classes are full, with a waiting list so if you are thinking about starting Kickboxing and Martial Arts training once this is all over, it’s a HUGE saving of £75.00.

We run dedicated beginner classes for kids, teenagers and adults across all four of our schools and teach a mixed martial arts (MMA) syllabus to include Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing (and Freestyle Kickboxing), ground fighting, Jiu Jitsu and The Keysi Fighting Method.
