Our Martial Arts – Advanced Classes build on the basic skills and foundations you will have developed in the Martial Arts – Beginner Classes.
In these advanced classes we’ll take you much deeper into the training and in turn, take your skills to a much higher level.
You will find your cardio, your stamina and your endurance will be better than ever before.
Not only will you feel fitter but you will be noticeably stronger, faster and more flexible… a definite requirement for any martial artist.

These techniques and routines are all designed to ensure you become a complete, all round, puncher, kicker, fighter and athlete.
You will also spar in this class.
We focus on light continuous sparring as well as semi-contact (aka‘point’) fighting.
With the explosive speed of semi-contact fighting combined with the fluidity and authority of continuous fighting, these two incredible variations of sparring help to ensure you are a well-honed, all round kickboxer.
And although we don’t spar ‘full contact’ you will certainly train ‘full contact’.
You will learn how to punch the focus pads with everything you have got and understand how to power those kicks through the kick shields.
In a very short time you will be striking as hard, and with as much power as you possibly can… this is ‘Full Contact’ training.
Our main focus is Kickboxing however in these Advanced Classes you will also cover other areas of training such as
- Ground Fighting
- Take Downs
- Reality Based Training.
All of our Advanced Classes are an hour long so you can really push yourself to the max and take yourself and your training to the very next level.
