Our Martial Art classes focus on a MIXED martial art syllabus comprising of Kickboxing (Full Contact and Light Contact), Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Ju-Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing, The Keysi Fighting Method, Self Defence and Reality-Based training.
Our classes combine elements of all these different fighting styles giving our students (kids, teenagers and adults) a far greater training experience than if we focused on just one style alone.
