Kicking Techniques

The kicks contained within kickboxing help to put the art alongside many of the other top kicking styles around.

Competent kicking does require an incredible amount of dedication however the end result will almost certainly be worth it.

Kicks are generally used when fighting at long to mid range and are used to cover ground and close distance.

A good kicker should be able to use distance, footwork and movement to their advantage.
